SUMMARY
- The use of transportation is increasing nowadays due to the great usage of e-commerce. An increase in freight transport and an increasing demand for logistics services in general.
- The objective of quantitative research is to determine the relationship between (an independent variable(s)) and (a dependent or outcome variable) in a population.
- The research aims to figure out areas of negative performance in logistics provided to customers, identify the relationship between logistics performance and competitive advantage in the Egyptian logistics field and provide solutions to challenges facing freight transportation in Egypt.
- This research aims to evaluate the impact of Logistics Performance dimensions, namely; Customs, Infrastructure, Shipments, Competence, Tracking, and Timeliness.
