SUMMARY

1. The Green Supply Chain Management integrates environment concern into supply chain management.The implementation of green practices into logistic systems is gaining worldwide importance. 
2. Green logistics practices within companies, once considered proactive measures now influence entire value chains, and their presence has become a requirement for doing business. 
3. The objective of this case study was to establish the effect of green logistics practices in the performance of supply chains in multinational organizations in Kenya.Conceptual framework is an analytical tool that gives a pictorial relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable in a study  
4. The specific objectives were: Eco-design, green purchasing, reserve logistic and responsive packaging. From the foregoing, it is noteworthy that green logistic practices significantly influence the performance of supply chains in Multinational Organizations.
5.  The research aimed at findings of remedial measures on performance of supply chain in multinational organizations in Kenya.
6.  This resulted to great significance of the study and a replication of the findings in the Kenyan context. It recommends similar studies to other national organizations so as to validate their outcomes with this research &, then a comparative analysis for future strategies in this area.
