SUMMARY


  1. This study is about e-procurement usage that enables the organization to reduce business cost, access wider market and streamlining purchasing processes. 
  2. This study employed a self-administered questionnaire survey using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). 
  3. The outcomes of this study show all technological, organizational and environmental factors used in this study were found to have influenced e-procurement usage among businesses.
